We like the location and cleanliness of the hotel, just walking distance to town center and quiet neighborhood. Breakfast is well served and very friendly staff. We stayed for two nights for visiting the Schloss around the area Baden Württemberg.

Lovely well maintained family run hotel. Great attention to detail. The owner was helpful and spoke Great English. Secure cycle storage. The hotel is well worth the climb up the hill! Excellent breakfast.

Very good breakfast and perfect with the possibility to get a hot or cold drink in the afternoon. Good private parking and close walking distance to the town center.

Awaysome experience, super comfy and calm, people and employees are very polite and helpful, smiley and welcoming, facilities are great, location is great. Sami is one of the great family too.

Frosted Glass door on bathroom in the family (4person) room didn’t provide much privacy. No elevator, so had to carry luggage up 3 flights of stairs.

This was a very nice hotel with a wonderful breakfast. Unfortunately, the description on Expedia was inaccurate and caused us some inconvenience. The Expedia description was that the hotel had a 24/7 reception, however, when we arrived at the hotel at 10:30 pm due to late train connections, no one was at the hotel. Luckily, the manager arrived and we were able to get into our room, but he also informed us that reception was only open until 10 pm. We had both emailed each other using the Expedia system and neither of us had received each other's emails. The manager was initially very frustrated but after he calmed down he was very gracious. We were also dismayed to find out that although Expedia's description promised an elevator, there was none, and we had to climb two flights of stairs--and I have bad knees. The manager did carry up our heavy bag, but that did not help my knees. Expedia needs to make sure that their descriptions of their properties are accurate. We specifically picked this hotel because of the 24/7 reception and the elevator. Otherwise, this was a very nice hotel to stay in.
