Tran Chau Garden Home

This has been the best stay in Vietnam after a month and a half in the country. The family who runs it is lovely, they pampered us with fruits, foot baths and everything we needed. They have bicycles for free and rent scooters. But the most beautiful thing are the pets, there are dogs and cats everywhere! I fell in love with Coco to the point I didn’t want to leave. Hope I can go back soon!

There are specific transfer hours what was not mentioned in advance You could hear above the celling rats or other animal at night When I arrived, the lady at the reception first have to show the TikTok video to her friend (in front of me) and then deal with me, so it felt not very welcoming Leaking roof but quickly cleaned up

The owners were incredibly helpful especially when I injured my ankle on a boat trip. The property is very peaceful. The owners helped arrange our boat trip and transport to our next destination. The food available was excellent too.

Le gérant et le personnel sont très gentils. L'endroit est paisible avec un très beau jardin. Il a été de bons conseils et nous a conseillé une très belle croisière sur la baie avec sa compagnie. Il nous a trouvé également une solution pour la nuit du 30 avril au 1er mai parce que tout était réservé avec les jours fériés (Nuit dans une maison flottante). La cuisine de son homestay était également très bonne avec des produits frais de la mer ( mention spéciale pour les huîtres).

J'ai tout apprécié. Juste très peu de pression pour la douche mais c'était pas bien grave.

The homestay is beautiful with a nice garden. Very calm location: great to relax! The rooms are nice, clean and spacious. The owner, Tuyen, is really helpful. He organised all the transfers and boat tour for us. Everything went smoothly thanks to him. He also offers scooter and bikes rental which is very convenient. His wife also prepares good home made food. We recommend 100%!!

Mixed experience. No water, tea, or coffee in the room—just a kettle and cups. Towels smelled strongly of bleach. We also had issues with pricing and communication: the booking showed about 255,000 VND per night, but on arrival we were charged 700,000 VND for one night and not allowed to stay the extra night that was previously agreed. On the positive side, the area is beautiful, with a lovely garden, a nice small pool, and very cute dogs and cats.
