Property was clean, the rooms were clean. Beds were comfy.

Close to a mall, freeway & Bass Pro Shop with a little duck pond. The suite with kitchenette was lovely, free breakfast was not.

Front desk staff was amazing. Loved the pool area, gym, and breakfast. Only complaint - the shower had a glass half door with a terrible shower head so the floor got very wet every single time the shower was used.

As a platinum elite member, my standards on cleanliness and quality are high. The TownPlace Suites met my expectations in these two areas, but where they exceeded expectations was with customer service. Tracy, who normally doesn’t, but was working behind the bar, made sure to make things better when I got a random “skunk” beer. She began to thoroughly check the date on every beer and bottle in the bar and ensured that nobody else would ever receive a drink at this hotel that wasn’t to their expectation. Tracy took immediate action and expressed sincere disappointment knowing I had received something that wasn’t up to par. I often don’t see this level of care at a Ritz. Also, Jasmine behind the front desk, also excels at good ol’ fashioned customer service. From her greeting with a smile, moving me to a room that was better suited upon my request, her patience with my “out of town” questions and local advice and her providing bandaids and Neosporin I needed after a long hike, Jasmine treated me and other guests like family. A+ customer service that makes a guest feel closer to home, though 2,000 miles away. Thank you Tracy & Jasmine! Great work!!!

The rooms are clean and comfortable and the staff is great! Breakfast is always good

The staff were so friendly and personable. I stayed here specially so I could walk home from a concert at desert diamond. Felt safe the whole time :)
