La casa è bellissima, ma purtroppo trascurata, la posizione comoda, a 5 minuti di auto dal centro di Porto Rotondo, è molto spaziosa, eravamo in 7 e siamo stati comodi.

La pulizia non era ottima, i fornelli sono pressoché inutilizzabili, solo due su 4 funzionano e la fiamma era irregolare, abbiamo provato a cucinare solo due volte ma poi abbiamo preferito mangiare fuori, anche le pentole sono molto datate. Abbiamo avuto problemi con due dei 4 bagni, perché l’acqua calda non c’era sempre, ognuno ha uno scaldabagno indipendente. Una delle camere da letto non ha un lampadario ma solo le lampade da comodino. La casa, nonostante le indicazioni è stata complicata da trovare, ci siamo riusciti perché dei villeggianti abituali ci hanno saputo indicare dove fosse. Purtroppo la casa è trascurata ed è un peccato perché è davvero bella. La tv non funziona, il wifi non c’è e non c’è molta linea. Fortunatamente abbiamo pagato poco considerando il periodo.

Servizio di assistenza disponibile telefonicamente ma non in grado di assicurare un intervento tempestivo; scarsa manutenzione dei servizi igienici e della cucina (boiler non funzionante in un bagno, doccia perdente per mancanza di chiusura siliconata, fornelli con fuochi non direzionati)

We stayed at Casa Pierina in July 2025 and it was a completely disappointing and frustrating experience. From the very first night, we had serious electrical problems: the power went out, we couldn’t cook dinner or charge our phones, and the electricity kept cutting out every time we tried to use the oven. The fridge also stopped working, which caused most of our food to spoil. On top of that, the gas ran out midway through the trip, so the stove didn’t work either — we couldn’t even prepare basic meals. A technician came, but hours late, and the problems were never fully solved. Every time we tried to use the oven, the whole house lost power again. Two bathrooms also had brown water coming out of the taps, and the house was not properly cleaned when we arrived. We spent most of our holiday chasing solutions and getting ignored by the property managers (Wonderful Italy). Communication was poor and we had to repeat everything several times to different people. Overall, this stay ruined our vacation. The house is not well-maintained, the management is unresponsive, and the experience was absolutely not worth the money. We strongly recommend booking elsewhere.

I fornelli sono un po’ complicati. Il primo giorno appena arrivati ci è stato lasciato solo 1 posto auto dalla struttura (abbiamo poi scoperto grazie ad altre persone che abitavano lì che ce ne spettavano 2 di posti auto). Lo staff non è stato in grado di aiutarci e abbiamo dovuto lasciare un auto sotto il divieto di sosta perché non avevamo alternative.

La casa è bella ma la società che si occupa di gestire la locazione pessima . Irrintracciabile in caso di necessità . La metà del costo della locazione viene dato alla società di servizi La casa è indicata male , non si trova nella posizione indicata

Location, sea view, cleanliness of the facility are at the top. Wonderful terraces, with comfy sofas and chairs are provided. Kitchen fully equipped with all necessary items. Aircon provided heating for the entire house (by end of March it does matter). Host remained available and in contact with us via polite messaging, across all days of stay. Private parking even for two cars were available on the site, at a distance of some footsteps from our door.

Steep road leads to the parking site, what made the driving a bit challenging for me at least. All kind of garbage (including renewable and non renewable ones) was ordered to be removed by ourselves to the external collection point of the residential site, at the end of rental period, despite the high charge of cleaning fee paid (included in the rental contract).
