Booking this place was a mistake. 😤 No mention of the $25 daily parking fee or the $100 deposit, which is ridiculous. 💸 Trying to cancel was a nightmare; Agoda and the hotel just played blame games. They refused a full refund even four days out. Absolutely dreadful experience. 👎

Full disclosure, I did not stay here ultimately because of their deceptive listing of a room that I had booked and poor subsequent handling of the issue. I booked a Deluxe King Room for 5 nights. This room was listed as having 1 king bed and 1 sofa bed (yes that is 2 beds in total), so I booked for 2 travellers. I was then told that I would be charged an additional $40/night for the privilege of using the sofa bed already in the room. After speaking to 2 different representatives, I was told there was no way management would let me use the sofa bed if I did not pay said surcharge. Well, I hope management enjoys following their rules to the detriment of all common sense, they must enjoy it a lot more than providing a basic level of hospitality! If a room that you book has 2 beds clearly stated on the listing, you reasonably expect that you can actually use both beds during your stay (without paying a surcharge!).

Sleeplessness night experienced due to an unknown noise coming from the wall or ceiling. Upon arrival in the room, the television was on with an audio stream playing. Didn't really notice any noise at this time possibly due to the television being on, was it conveniently put on? Went out for the night and returned later after Reception desk had closed. Immediately upon entering the room the noise was evident. In an effort to eliminate the noise we turned off the air conditioner and also checked the fridge. Still the noise was persistent. As it was late and nobody available to report the issue to, we went to bed. The noise would get lower but always returned. No sleep was had. In the morning upon checking out we reported the noise and our severe lack of sleep to the reception staff member who really didn't seem interested and simply said we'll look into it. No sorry or offer of anything for our lack of sleep. After two days no response from the hotel about the issue. We have stayed at the hotel many times and never had an issue, very disappointed.

Will definitely stay here again. Clean, quick and easy great value .
