We had a great one-night stay in a superior twin room with balcony. Our check-in was mildly delayed while we waited for our room (after 2pm). The beds were very comfortable, the room had an espresso machine with pods and the tv had chromecast so we could watch Disney and Netflix from our phones. We had a short walk to Gouger Street for dinner. I would recommend staying here.

Very comfortable room, & the reception staff, were great. The bed,& pillows, are every bit as comfortable as other reviews have posted, & the water pressure was surprisingly excellent. It was a great little place to rest after a night out in town.

Since May not received return of my 100Au$ for deposit. This was written in several e mails to Toms ADL and main headquarter in the UK (Legacy Hotels). No reaction from anyone. Read in other chats, this more often came up in the past. Think carefully before you book there...

Well priced, clean, modern. Bit of a walk to the places i wanted to go but taxie was easy. Well worth it, will stay again.

Reception Staff were excellent and engaging, also possessed good local knowledge. The only issue I had was that in the 4 nights I stayed, the room was not made up

Good property. Nice rooms and staff were very helpful. Parking situation isn’t the best but it’s still available.

The rooms are very clean. Area not noise and the staff are civil and very friendly. The facilities are modern. Good value for the money. Tom's hotel is cheaper despite the facilities being top notch or world class. I will definitely return to Tom's Court Hotel. A very good place to spend your holiday.

The location was great within walking distance to most things or catch the tram, the stop is not far from the front door, my room was facing King Street, not that I knew as it was very quiet the bed was comfortable the curtains blocked out the light and the room was clean.

Check in girl was very friendly and helpful. Room was basic but a good size - no chair (just a bar stool) but the balcony with a table and chairs was an unexpected wonderful surprise! Loved having a mini fridge and microwave- they even supplied a couple of plates, bowls and cutlery.
