Ola Villas at Uluwatu

The private pool was amazing! Gym was good enough to get a small workout in and the staff were very friendly amd helpful.

The mosquitoes were hectic. Maybe a fan in the "chill" area to keep them at bay.

Staff was so lovely and helpful 🥰 only stayed there for 1 night and I wish I had stayed there way longer! Had a pool to myself, kitchen and living room, it was soo spacious!

The staff was very nice and helpfull.

The villa was very dirty. The floor was not wiped at all when we came on the first day. The pool filter didn't so it was very dirty and a lot of mosquitos were in it... The bathtub didn't work ... For that money everthing should be working. When we told them that the pool can't be used and if they could check no one bothered to go and check it out ... In my opinion there should be a partial refund for that as the pool was one of the main reasons we booked this stay and were not able to use it at all.

Everything during my stay was truly wonderful. If I may suggest, the quality of the juice could be improved slightly. Overall, I thoroughly enjoyed my time and felt very comfortable throughout. The staff were exceptionally friendly and cooperative, which made the experience even more pleasant.

Juice included in the breakfast......LOL!!!! But that is a very minor thing I must say. LOL!!!!

沐浴乳、洗髮乳很糟。不知為何入住當日地板非常滑，有清潔劑殘留感。不喜歡浴室內的按摩浴缸，感覺很髒。瓦斯爐壞了，需要打火機才能點燃但回燙到手，溝通很久才幫我們從別處拆一組新的瓦斯爐過來更換。

The property is far from what is advertised, poorly maintained, degraded, full of humidity, raining inside the house, and in no way reflects the photos or descriptions shown online. Everything was out of service.
