bel établissement situé à 100 mètres du télésiège. petit déjeuner correct et varié. parking privé gratuit mais non sécurisé et non protégé

Hôtel très bruyant. jeunes enfants seuls dans la chambre voisine de la mienne sans adulte. cris et bruits divers jusqu'à 23h00. course dans le couloir. malgré notre signification aux parents et à la direction, rien n'a changé.... Hôtel à éviter si vous aimez le calme durant les vacances scolaires et week-end. Jacuzzi en panne.

Le design de l’hôtel est de tres bon goût.. montagne chic raffiné. Le personnel est adorable tout comme les propriétaires très accueillants et sympathiques.

Absolument rien.. tout est idéal

We needed an overnight stay before heading into Italy during a month long road trip. We booked on the go then got held up, arriving much later than planned. We were starving and the kitchen was closed, but Ludovic and his staff were so helpful, welcoming us and quickly creating a platter of food which was delicious and most welcome! It really was a lovely welcome and we went to bed happy! The room was spacious and very comfortable, with a large bed and lovely bedding, and large bathroom. A nice coffee machine added to the comfort levels. Breakfast was excellent and in a very nice space - the hotel in general is very nicely designed.

Unfortunately we didn't get to enjoy the spa in the end (even though it was a key factor in hotel choice) due to a miscommunication between staff. When we were welcomed the night before, and obviously exhausted, we asked for an extra hour check out which after looking at the system Ludovic agreed..it did not seem to be busy as it was nearing the end of the summer season. He advised the need to give half an hour notice before going to the spa, so we enjoyed a longer lie in expecting to have an hour in the spa before leaving. The lady at reception in the morning overruled this when I said we were going to the spa and so we had to quickly pack and check out. This soured a great experience so far. We did appreciate being able to sit in the lounge for a while after checking out so as not to rush off and catch up with some emails, but it wasn't the same as a spa session. We would have got up earlier if we'd been told no in the first place. Just a bit of a shame to leave it that way after the lovely experience the night before.
