Hamilton House

The location was great. We could walk everywhere be it the beach, lagoon, shops or restaurant.

Precious was excellent

Located close to restaurants, across the road from the river estuary and an open park. Beautiful outlook after a long day driving. I also had a small, pretty garden for my dog to enjoy. The decor is fresh and comfortable. The delicious cupcakes were a nice touch!

The manager, McPrecious, went off site in the late afternoon, away from the Wilderness with no fore warning. When it transpired that the key card for my suite stopped working after my check in, he wasn't available nor was the Booking.com contact, Wendy. The issue took over an hour to resolve. Wendy and James, the owners, contacted me as soon as they could, to apologise and ensure I had been able to get into my suite.

Well appointed suite, great location for the beach and restaurants with really helpful friendly staff.

We stayed in Jasmine Suite which has a private garden. The studio was spacious and clean. Our dog loved chilling in the garden. There is an indoor fireplace and we got enough wood to fire that up or have a braai. The house is very close to restaurants and bars, there is also a beach just opposite (it's not dog friendly so if you come with a dog, you'll need to drive).
