No working WiFI. Empty cupboards in the kitchen. Sink blocked upstairs. Dirty ironing board. No curtains (how can you sleep?). Smoke alarm pinging repeatedly. Terrible experience.

5 adults and one child staying for a family break over a weekend. It took 4 phone calls over a two hour time window, to finally pay the balance of our stay, which delayed our journey to the accommodation, meaning we arrived late into the first night. On arrival the house was freezing. The kitchen had many cupboards which were all empty, not a problem, but for 6 people there were only 2 drinking glasses. Little cutlery (4 dessert spoons and 6 teaspoon) and no cooking utensils. The oven was dirty. Water leak from bathroom into the kitchen cupboard. Flashing colourful bathroom mirror couldn't be turned off, annoying. Single glazing windows so noisy.

It wasn’t the property advertised they obviously have a number of flats they allocate as needed.This one was a one bed studio not as I thought I was getting and on the second floor up some very steep stairs that I found a little challenging. Access needs were not asked. Cleanliness could have been better especially around skirting’s and light switches etc. hall light didn’t work etc. kitchen bin would not close otherwise the place was ok.

Yes I like it all of them 😊 items in the house because all ready to use and very clean tidy as well with securing. Thanks

Nice hotel. Ideal location. Wasn't aware that is was a shared bathroom but cannot complain.

It was a good trip the room and all other areas very clean and fresh, the bed very comfortable and the welcome was good, will go again.
