"good location, clean room"

good location, short walk to the beach.

the kitchen utensils were not ready available in the hotel, had to wait for reception to open the following day to get them, which was a bit inconvenient if you want to cook something for dinner or breakfast after arriving.

"Nice apartment, close to the beach and friendly staff"

It is very close to the beach. Our room was a new apartment. Maciej, the receptionist, was an amazing person. Even though the reception closes at 3PM, during the check-in time, he came for us after 4PM and he was superb friendly and helpful. We booked a normal room without a kitchen. He offered us a bigger new room with a kitchen. We are thankful for his kindness.
