Golden Apple Inn

The hotel exceeded my expectation especially for the value. Very clean and comfortable. Staff very friendly.

The only think I wish was in the room was a laundry bag for dirty clothes. This really isn’t a complaint just a suggestion.

Our room had a back door which led out to the pool and sitting area that was very nice also the bathroom hairdryer had a nightlight on it great for the middle of the night visits

Very clean, has everything we need including a Keurig machine, microwave, super comfortable bed. Peggy, the innkeeper, gave us good dinner recommendations. The location is convenient to Jackson.

Loved the big, beautiful house. It was full of actual antique irons, so the name was fitting. Kate made the best muffins and breakfast. Kevin is a professor and full of all kinds of knowledge, about his irons, projects and the town.

The house is old, so it was very creaky. But, that was the only thing I didn't like.

The rooms were very clean, very nicely appointed, and very comfortable. The staff kindly called us before their shift ended for the night and left our keys for us in a designated location as we were arriving late. The back area of the inn had a lovely fire pit and patio area as well. Overall this property was much nicer than we were expecting for the price. I would absolutely stay here again.

The rooms around the back of the hotel were only accessible by walking around the building from the parking lot or by parking at one end and walking down a middle hallway. Overall, a very small price to pay for the experience.
