Suburban Studios Hammond

The water was horrible, you shower and you still felt soapy, the shower rod was falling, light switch in bathroom didn’t work, & no breakfast. Last stay was amazing at Christmas last year but water was the same way, soapy.

No Breakfast, Staff was very nice and friendly!

Room was very dusty and floors was very dirty.

Room smelled of cigarette smoke and my girlfriend is allergic.

Floors in room were not clean. Sticky. Otherwise, average . The smell of marijuana is very strong throughout the building. Utilitarian, allowed us a break from driving on our trip home.

The rooms were very dingy. The smell of Marijuana and cigarettes were very potent. The smell of old food and trash in hallway had me gagging. They then tried to move to the next floor, where no one supposedly smoked. You can still smell the stagnet smell of cigarettes and the elevator reeked of Marijuana. Needless to say I lost my money. And drove 3& 1/2 hours back home.

For the price, the property was good. It is not a 5-star hotel but more for people on long hitches for work. The property seemed older and rooms were clean.
