Very welcoming and clean

Long wait time for cleaning service.

The room was very spacious and clean. The kitchen was well appointed and functional with a full sized refrigerator/freezer and strong microwave and dishwasher. The bathroom was also well equipped and very clean. The staff was great. Water bottles are free. There's a 24 hour coffee bar. The hotel is centrally located and pet friendly. Blackout blinds are very helpful. Overall I was very comfortable.

The towels were pretty thin and very rough. Fabric softener and thicker terrycloth would definitely help. I also had a college dorm-sized ironing board instead of a full-sized board. The placement of the TV could be more centered, but I understand why it was placed that way (to accommodate the sitting area). But even a little more centered so both beds have a good view would work. The breakfast closes too early (9:30 am on New Years Day!) And the pool is really small. These are all minor complaints that did not really affect the quality of my stay (except maybe breakfast).
