Heavenly View Villa

We loved the way the Villa was set up, and truly enjoyed the outside living space. It was a unique experience for us to have the kitchen, dining and seating areas without walls! There are several wonderful restuarants within walking distance, and our favorite breakfast spot was a 3 minute walk- Coffee to Go Kecil. The pool was refreshing, and the perfect size. The views from the second floor and the tree house overlooked the rice fields. Surprisingly we did not have much issues with mosquitos, etc. And the first floor outdoor bathroom was fabulous! Jassa the house manager is able to arrange tours, and (lovely!) massages so don't worry if you have not set anything up prior to arrival. This might be the best way to go, especially if traveling during the rainy season. Depending on traffic, it can be 15 to 30 minutes into Ubud. Don't miss the dance at the Ubud Palace and the Neka Art Museum! Should our travels bring us back to Ubud, we will definitely stay again at Heavenly View, and stay longer- 3 days was not long enough to enjoy everything! We loved Heavenly Villa!

Lights on at night attract bugs due to some of the living space be with no walls. We figured out how to be in the living space without the indoor lighting by using the pool and yard spot lights. I would recommend the Villa adds a floor fan or two, and 2 luggage stands for each of the bedrooms. These suggestions would not deter us from staying here again!

The villa manager Jasa & the villa staff were just beautiful. We felt like staying with family. The Villia was amazingly clean and had excellent facilities, pool area, sunrise sitting bungalow area, bathrooms superb and all you need for families or just couples or friends sharing time together. All our needs from in-house spa treatments to drivers for transportation needs were met and perfect location. Walking 5 minutes to a gorgeous cafe for coffee & breakfast, then a few more minutes walk to the main road. Central to everything but a very quiet part tucked away in the rice paddy fields. I will be back to stay, hopefully longer next time 😊
