Stayed here once before and we only live half hour up the road but perfect for a night or two away for a girls weekend.

Staff were very friendly and welcoming. Breakfast was a combination of continental and staff taking your order for cooked options . The room was spacious and well maintained, with views of the beach. The location was great, opposite a park, and a 2 minute walk to the main street.

The parking was scarce, but that is not the fault of the hotel.

We had a decent sized room with a spare single bed that we used to put our bags on. The bed and pillows were reasonably comfortable, and the shower was excellent. Breakfast was very good, with attentive staff and lots of choice. We enjoyed using the bar and pool table in the evening. The location was good, although parking was a bit tricky.

I’m not sure if this was a temporary thing, but there was an unpleasant odour in the bathroom, like a bit of sewer backup. We had a nice big window, but only an in-your-face view of neighbouring buildings. For the price, I don’t think they should be charging for a bottle of water!

The host was very kind to give us a bit early checkin and the location was the main part seafront ❤️ Plus you get a pool table too play.

Great sized room, brilliant location, comfy bed.

The room I had, didn’t have a door to the en-suite which was fine for me travelling on my own but may be a little awkward depending on who you’re travelling with!
