Walking distance to echo beach, la brisa beach club, lots of cafes and restaurants very close. Staff was very accomodating and Villa was beautiful !!

As the property had large walls there was no sunlight able to enter the villa so I couldn’t tan by the pool unfortunately

The location

I stayed for 6 nights, out of which 5 nights the room was extremely dirty and room service does not clean - just arranges the items. I had to contact the reception to replace my towels even though it is a basic service that should be provided by room service every day. The sheets are unclean and mattress + pillow are worn out. The staff are overall not helpful. To exemplify, the AC was not working despite they tried to have it fixed 2 times. We asked for another room and they refused. We had to depend on a fan - ridiculous! Only reason to take this place is for its location.

Villa was located close to echo beach, nice restaurants and La Brisa. Food was nice and staff were very friendly and attentive.

I did feel the property was a little unkept, pictures should be updated to reflect as our villa was nice but definitely in need of some improvement.

The privacy & quiet location was a plus for the getaway we wanted. Big spacious villa, perfect for 2. Staff we're friendly & helpful.

No laundry service in the area. Unable to book floating breakfast or in-room massage as it noted & not a big selection for room service.

Great confident location to the area. Very spacious and loved the outdoor lounge area.

The pool was not clean with a build up of long term mould/moss and green algae on the pool floor and edges
