Food and drinks were great and reasonably priced

Complex overall was good but needs a bit of a makeover to bring it up a standard.

Не работал терминал для оплаты банковской картой, во всех остальных отелях/виллах/апартаментах на Бали такой проблемы не было. Пришлось значительную сумму наличных ходить менять для оплаты проживания и еды в ресторане. Не самая дружелюбная женщина на ресепшене, ни разу не улыбнулась и не старалась помочь разобраться с нашими проблемами, однако парень на ресепшене просто золото, замечательный. Вода в ванной была грязной, мы пытались её пролить несколько раз, всё равно выходили частички какого-то мусора. В нашем бассейне был фонтан с фильтрацией воды, о чем мы узнали только в последний день пребывания, потому что только в тот день нам его включили, до этого не замечали. Ложе у бассейна в муравьях, на мне остались ожоговые следы от их токсинов на теле. Интернет постоянно отключался, было проблематично работать удаленно. Еда была среднего качества, приготовлена плохо, из некачественных продуктов. Соотношение цена/качество не соответствует заявленному.

Great villa, great location. Right near the beach. Such good value and the staff were all wonderful.

Great spot, right in the action. Would recommend, probably needs a bit of maintenance in the next year or so. Awesome value for money.

The villa was so beautiful and clean, the air con was ice cold and it totally beat our expectations. The pool was perfect, big enough to cool down in. The villa inside was decorated so tastefully, all glass doors looking out on the garden, rest areas and pool. Upstairs the 2 king size bedrooms were huge! Everything you needed and each room had the biggest bathroom ever. Very well lit, private from anyone looking in and we just loved it. Also a great selection of ice cold drinks on arrival, and then the Villa Team top up every day if you wanted. There was a great massage place very nearby which we highly recommend (Kristina), plus loads of restaurants and Bars. Sunsets was a favourite for obvious reasons, but it was slightly higher than the beach, so you got good views and a lovely breeze,

We loved the hospitality, the staff were amazing and attentive.

Rooms had no amenities such as toothbrush, bedroom slippers and soap and shampoo had a diluted feel, bathtub and floor had white stains, toilet had stains. Room and villa had a run down feel to it and the pool area was rather dusty, which could have been from the construction outside
