Staff were helpful. The shower flooded in our first room and we were instantly given another room. Good service. The hotel itself is good and central with a good restaurant downstairs.

Location was perfect for enjoying the port area of Faro. Paid parking for car was nearby. The hotel is spotlessly clean and the rooms are extremely comfortable. Staff are friendly and helpful. Absolutely recommended.

Very central location and walking distance to marina, bus and train station.

Rooms were spacious, could do with installing a shower gel and shampoo dispenser fitted in the shower instead of the very small packet shampoo they provided. Bath Towels were very worn and frayed.

Super nettes Personal, komfortables und geräumiges Zimmer, sehr gutes Restaurant mit typisch portugiesischer Küche.

Leider gab es wegen eines Defektes in der Küche kein Frühstück. Aber in der direkten Umgebung gibt es ausreichend Alternativen.

Location and also the food in the restaurant was delicious. Friendly staff.
