We loved the location, the house was clean and stocked of basic needs for the weekend. We had plenty of room to store all of our belongings. The bathrooms were nice and clean, loved the double head shower. But our favorite part was a pool in the basement. Just keep the door closed, on the 2nd morning we were in the pool and looked up to a bear sitting on the patio in front of us! He scratched his butt on the patio and walked on.

We did have trouble getting in on arrival, the passcode would not open the door. After several tries we had to call the office. They ended up giving us a code to get the key out of the lock box. So problem solved within 15 minutes. We lost internet for a day, however after a reboot from the office it was fine. They are very fast to fix issues which was very nice. The only other thing we were not crazy about was the bed. IF you like a super soft bed, you will love it, however we found it to be way to soft.

Air conditioning stay on the whole time we were there. It never reach 74 degrees. Doing the day it was 80 plus we didn't leave doors or windows open. Bed was uncomfortable as well. Fix them 2 problems I would give it a 10.

we liked that this location had a fire pit, two decks, hot tub, pool, foosball table, kitchen, and dual shower. as well as it is supposed to have a working movie area around the pool. We were in the hot tub and a bear came to the camp site. My husband loved this, I was terrified. I liked that they gave us minis of things such as dish soap, sponges, paper towels, etc.It had private parking which was nice.

It was impossible to stream and use the movie area around the pool, which was why we booked this location so that was frustrating. The pool was loud and can be heard through the whole cabin at all hours. The air quality due to the pool in the whole cabin was poor, made us have stuffy noses, sneeze, and was just not comfortable. Bed was uncomfortable as you really sink into it. Staff was slow to respond and did not fix problems while we were there but did provide a very small refund. We were also charged additional fees at the beginning and had to get those refunded. There was no door knob to get into the pool area which made opening and closing it very difficult. A towel was not clean and was covered in a weird substance. The hot tub cover was broken so it would get water in it which made putting it in and off extremely difficult. It also shredded styrofoam everywhere. The light outside by the hot tub will not stay on all the time. It is motion activated and would stay on for maybe 30 seconds. This was actually almost dangerous for us as we almost did not see the bear that was 10-15 feet away from us while we were in the hot tub if the light was not on, but luckily I had fallen into the hot tub and the light was still on from that. Was not allowed to adjust temperature of anything - cabin, pool, etc.
