again a nice stay at this hotel ,people are very helpfull and accomodation is really nice. room was quite big with all that can be expected.

Hotel Staff friendly and helpful especially at front desk. Rooms are big and with all comforts.

Breakfast needs to improve a bit for foreigners' taste - choice. Need to increase the space number of tables as it is not western attitude to share a table with someone you do not know for breakfast.

It is clean and comfy

I have booked executive but didn't enjoy at all because in the morning there was no breakfast and I n the Evening there it was no small diner as in any other hotels

I've been staying in Marriott Jiaxing for some time now, and the service is REALLY POOR. Two examples: 1. I asked them for warm water when ordering room service and they flatly refused to offer this complimentary service 2. There was a broken piece of cookware in my Unagi Don, and all they offered was "Hey, we will waive off the cost of the dish" at first. Look at the size of the shard, it could have caused serious injury if I swallowed it.

Nice large room but construction nearby made quite some noise in the night. Main problem is the lack of Management : most of the staff was just coming for a or 2 days and don't know anything or have not been trained. This is the most disappointing part. Breakfast completely in disorder early in the morning and cheap with plastic box like in canteen on every table. Chinese restaurant on the contrary very interesting by the choice of dishes. Lounge also Ok for quite small to accommodate so many people together. This hotel which has a nice location and decoration needs more experienced people to taking care of...

We spent a week here, and had a lovely time. Between the newness of the hotel, the construction work nearby, and the Covid-19 situation, there were a few minor mishaps. Nothing terrible, but I imagine that this will be an outstanding venue when those problems are resolved. They included: the swimming pool was closed (construction issues) --- but the staff (Ms Wu, Duty Manager, especially) resolved this by getting us access to the pool in the nearby Ramada (Thank you!); the executive lounge was closed (Covid-19, I believe. Again, though, the staff came through with breakfast in the main restaurant and a reasonable Happy Hour in the lobby); there were also a few instances of inexperienced junior staff not yet knowing how to do things correctly, but nothing really terrible. The room was beautiful. The main restaurant was excellent. In addition to the Duty Manager (Ms Wu), we also met Tony and a few other managers, all of whom were very nice, and did inspire confidence. I look forward to coming back again. Recommended!
