Loved the location. 5 minute drive from both Tenby and Saundersfoot. Bathroom was clean and sheets smelled fresh. Coffee machine was a great addition and loved the little touches.

Found it difficult to locate the property initially. Drove straight past it. Some of the decor is a little tired. The wallpaper is coming away from the walls.The carpets were a little dusty round the edges but nothing major. Some cob webs also around the windows. One thing we were a bit concerned about is that when we returned to the property on one of the days, the key safe for our room had the code pre-entered and open. (Despite locking it before we went out and changing the code). This meant that our room had either been entered while we were away or someone had just left the key safe on the right code and open. This was a bit worrying as all our belongings were in the room (including some electrical items) and anyone could have took the keys and entered the property/our room.

Well stocked room - coffee, tea, toiletries etc. Mini fridge with ice cold water. Bed was super comfy. Plenty of parking. Hosts were very helpful.

Excellent accommodation very clean well thought out room everything as been thought of tea coffee even champagne in the fridge 😀 very friendly and helpful will definitely be staying again 😊

Everything you needed was in one room, coffee machine, a fan and a comfortable mattress. Brought my partner down for the first time ever, I’ve been visiting for 29 years and we have re booked already for November at Sandy Hill.

Everything was great

The room was well stocked with a coffee machine, fridge (with some bottles of water), fan, toiletries, hairdryer, bath, iron (outside but within sight, so I knew it was available). It was close to a bus stop and only very short drive to Saundersfoot.

On our first night we had 45 minutes straight of the owner's dog barking underneath our window, which meant our toddler didn't get to sleep until a few hours after his typical bedtime because he was scared of the noise. This led to a grumpy toddler for a few days. I called the owner on the different numbers and sent an email, but heard nothing until it had been going on for 45 minutes. It was torturous for me. The owner eventually replied to my message and apologised profusely, which I appreciated.

The state of the wales and ceilings all coming through the bed wasn’t comfy there’s no way you could stay there and eat or take ur own food cause there’s no microwave or nothing
