Absolutely lovely overnight stay with friendly hosts. Beautifully decorated rooms and a good, hearty breakfast.

Hotel friendly and well-maintained. Was not expecting payment to be taken one week before the stay.

Is a beautifully decorated and spotlessly clean B&B, a 15 minute walk in the centre of Betws-y-Coed. The owners, Paul & Elena are wonderful, friendly hosts, who are able to furnish you with plentiful of information on the immediate area and places further afield worthy of a visit. Our room had obviously been recently refurbished and decorated. It was very comfortable, spotlessly clean and roomy enough for two. The Welsh breakfast available each morning was absolutely delicious and certainly plentiful. Rooms at the front of the property provide guests with the gentle sound of the River Conwy, located on the opposite of the road. We enjoyed a very pleasant 3 night stay.

Me and my partner throughly enjoyed our stay here! Beautiful room and amazing service, we felt comfortable and at home here which for a hotel / B&B can sometimes be quite rare! Paul and Eleana were wonderful hosts and shared the activities and facts in the surrounding area, which was so lovely to hear about and gave us amazing suggestions 😀 To top it all off, because we had to leave early the last morning and couldn't stay for breakfast, they very kindly left us a range of breakfast snacks in our room for the morning! Me and my partner can't wait for our next holiday and will definitely be coming here again! 100% recommended 😊

Beautiful cottage with a cooked breakfast delivered to your door.

The cottage at the property was one of the most beautiful accommodations I have ever stayed in. Everything was sparkling clean, breakfast was lovely. Paul and Elena are wonderful hosts and very attentive. I can’t recommend this place highly enough.

Genuinely one of the best breakfasts we've had, definitely plenty to set you up for the day! Very clean room, super comfortable bed and great facilities. Would absolutely stay here again. What a great bed and breakfast! Very clean and modern, the hosts were welcoming and friendly. The breakfast was delicious with all sorts of options to choose from and only walking distance from the village. All in all a great stay and would definitely stay there again
