A beautiful accomodation with a lot of attention to details too. Anastasia and Dimitris really looked after us providing us with delicious local products as well. It is also in a good position, because is extremely close to the harbour which is a nice area to be in. (Full of lovely restaurants, bars and shops. We definitely recommend this place to spend a lovely time in Patmos.

very peaceful authentic building has been converted to lovely ve well designed with every single detail is considered the house has a lovely garden with all facilities Anastasia and big Dimitris are wonderful people but I have to say that the beuatifullnes of that boutique hotel could not coming from Dimitris:)

We enjoyed every moment of our stay at this mysterious place. The details of the decoration, the comfortable bed, nice fragrance in the room and hospitality of the owners made our trip unforgettable.. we will definitely come back.

It was the most unique and beautiful place to stay with incredibly generous hosts, and in a perfect location to shops and restaurants. I was worried that the photos looked too good to be true—but our villa at Latmos 1860 was, in fact, absolutely great! Thank you Dimitri and Anastasia for an amazing stay at your beautiful villa. Great place to stay. Clean and very close to everything. We loved it. Owner very nice and informative.

the property is in a great location within a couple of minutes walk from the port area. the room we had was the underground one which is quite unique and stayed very cool in summer. it is semi self-contained with facilities to prepare light meals. the apartment is a rustic style of decoration which is well done (imho) - there is a private area to eat outside the room that is part of the room area. the manager Dmitris was more then helpful and provided recommendations on where to go and what to see etc. also the staff cleaned the room each day.

there wasn’t much not to like about the property - a few mosquitos in the outdoor area but can’t fault the owners on that !

the property was absolutely lovely and in a perfect location next to the main square in Skala. We really enjoyed our stay and would heartily recommend it!

The traditional character of the property was lovely, fantastically central and felt like a relaxing home. We were looked after by owner and housekeeper with kindness and thoughtfulness.

Occasionally we looked for a kitchen utensil that we didn’t find - scissors, bottle opener. It took us a few days to realize that closing the shutters helps with limiting noise from the opposite cafe and continuous stream of delivery motorbikes! We then used the air conditioning rather than opening windows, which worked perfectly.
