It is well located. The apartment is good and clean.

The problem is the noise coming from the neighbors because of the wooden floors. Making it hard to sleep. Also the check out time is too early given that not even restaurants are opened for you to have breakfast. We have to rush un the morning to leave on top of the fact that if you ask late check out you get charged a full days stay. I don’t believe thats fair on the client. The place is good but i believe these aspects must be taken into consideration as even hotels check out at 11 and are more flexible.

The view is phenominal and the first 2 nights we didnt have guests upstairs so we loved the peace and quilt.

There is no wifi and the nearest wifi is 1km away, there is no seating area inside eventhough the wind picked up significantly after 4pm and would have been helpfull. If we had a bunkbed instead of 2 single beds, there would have been some space for it. But our biggest disappointment was mostly the noise you have from the guests upstairs. It litterally sounds like the walk through your room. And with a big appartment upstairs which can have up to 10 guests, be prepared for a lot of noise between 6 in the morning and 1 at night...

Key collection and confirmation of booking through a3 rd party on booking did not help matters. Took over one hour to resolve this matter with the owner who was fortunately not too far from the premises. Further more deposit taken has still not been refunded.

It was nice and very clean.
