"It was passable for what we needed but I wouldn’t like to think I was staying for more than 1 night. The smell of smoke"

The location was perfect.

The smell of stale cigarette smoke, especially in the bathroom was very strong. The blinds didn’t close properly so the bedroom was very light very early. Ground floor apartment so a lot of noise from people walking past. Uncomfortable bed. Broken toilet seat.

They asked for a deposit before staying electronically, I'm always a bit dubious of that, but give them their due, they returned it once we left.

"Overall we Blackpool was great, but the apartment was misleading and I wouldn’t stay there again."

The lounge and kitchen area was quite large and the sofa bed was good.

This property was nothing like the pictures it shows you? Very misleading! You should only put the pictures on for that booking if that’s where you’re actually staying! Not one of the other properties!

I can't express how much we have enjoyed our stay in ur Strawberry suite. As a family of 10 ladies ur apartment has been a fantastic find for us so we were all together rather than running from room to room to see each other and to be able to all sit together. It was very clean to a high standard, beds were fabulous and we have all had a lovely time. Thank you so much and we will be booking again when we are looking again to stay over in Blackpool.

Toilet seat in bathroom upstairs slips when u are on it but apart from that I can not fault this apartment.

"Won’t return but probably the bigger apartment would have been better ."

The lockbox made it easy for check in . The staff were good at communicating before the stay .

The WiFi didn’t work throughout the whole stay within the property , and the tv / tv remote was very outdated and difficult to use . And I can’t believe that a £50 cleaning is included within the cost for such a small apartment . No fridge only a freezer so couldn’t freeze our ice . Find it shocking that it can take up to ten days for the security deposit to be given back too. Also the pictures on booking.com of the apartment are mis leading .
