Please see all my messages The apartment did not meet safety standards I informed them prior to make sure everything was safe as I was taking my elderly aunt and baby They had broken chairs, faulty breakfast bar stool, broken toilet seat, wall broken etc The apartment was not safe for a family My son fell and injured his back from a faulty breakfast bar stool, my son was hurt badly and an ambulance hasd to be called. My son suffered injuries to his back and missed time off work. We had to cut our trip short and get back home the next morning. The apartment owners where not compassionate, they blamed us instead, even though I had taken photos of the damage items as soon as we moved in. I notified her of the few faulty items but not all as I was busy and I told them it was not my job to spend my holiday texting her about the apartment she should have checked everything before she gave us the apartment. We have photos of the damaged items as soon as we moved in. The apartment owners refused to refund my £150 deposit. I am now pursuing a personal injury and breach of contract claim.

Owners were not helpful, not compassionate, but will blame you for everything. They refused to refund my deposit of £150 (half was paid out by my elderly aunt). They have not provided me explanations as to why they are keeping my deposit, If we had damages anything they should have told us straight away after we left but they didn't and kept our deposit without any reasons.

Location and apartments are spacious and excellent for families, well equipped.

few tings needed fixinf but we pointed it out and it was fixed
