空调噪音很大，为了不影响休息，只好关掉，但关掉以后又很热。 仅有的一盒抽纸仅有几张，并且还乱七八糟的已经被抽出过的塞在盒子外面。 浴室没有一条浴巾。 价格很贵，各方面条件和价格不符合。

Room and beds were spacious and comfortable. Location is perfect for us. Staff are friendly and accommodating.

No hot water in our room. Also no heat. Didn't inform staff until the morning because it was only one night, and beds were warm and comfortable.

Hotel was built recently, so rooms are fairly new.

Water temperature in shower was very inconsistent. Toilet is cracked and should be replaced, not just repaired. (I'm a plumber and the minor problem averted by repairing and sealing a crack can turn into a major problem when the repair fails!)
