Front desk help was amazing. Having to go from first floor to third floor for ice was annoying. The dish network service only had about 12 functioning channels. The rest were out of service. Door to room had to be slammed to close completely. Shower was in good order and very refreshing.

Reservations were to be made for Brewster Wa. I called and talked to facially and had mentioned many times that this is for fishing with no reason to think i would have reservations in Brewster New York. I finally found a spot to stay, they were very kind to let us stay there. Every place in town and near buy was full. We travel a lot and I have never had this happen before. Train your people better>
