Todo es genial, solo que si es necesario tener refrigeradores o frigobar que te permita tener espacio para enfriar lo que desees.

Everything was pristine! Seems like it’s a pretty new property, and it’s maintained very well.

I loved the property, except I would have liked for them to have viewing options at the bar; very limited programming.

We were surprised that the jacuzzi didn’t stay heated. The pool/jacuzzi was a big reason I booked here and it was really inconvenient that you had to find staff to heat it up for you and it took 30+ mins to get warm. We also tried using the jacuzzi Saturday night but couldn’t find anyone to turn the heat on. Reception area was empty even though it was only 8 pm. I messaged asking for help and got no response. There was also a party on site with very loud music that went way past 10 pm, which is when quiet hours start according to the hotel’s own rules. We were frustrated because we couldn’t use the jacuzzi and then had difficulty falling asleep because the music was really loud until at least midnight.
