Lovely clean and well appointed unit. Everything needed was there. Well located just a short walk along the board walk to town. Located in lovely gardens.

Everything you need within the property for a really nice stay with good quality appliances and furniture. Nice shower. Fabulous to include a washing machine and tumble dryer! Good communication before arrival. Excellent guest guide on the table. We would stay again.

No one around and never saw the receptionist or site manager (who does appear to live on site). Whilst the villa appeared to look clean on arrival more attention does actually need to be given to the walls, skirtings, sills, either side of the fridge for example which were heavy in dust, splash marks etc - see picture. It seems the cleaners only cover the main parts and leave the finer details to make it perfect. Shame about the marks under the lamps on the bedside tables. These need upgrading.

Location was excellent, we have stayed numerous times in different cabins. This time the cabin was a little ‘tired’ around the edges but nevertheless very comfortable and a lovely view.

In our cabin the layout was difficult in the sense of multiple different internal steps up and down. Main and only bathroom and toilet in a 2 bed cabin is off the rear main bedroom , thus the other front bedroom has to take a step down from the bedroom, walk through the kitchen/diner then take a step up into the bathroom that is adjoined to the main bedroom. Initially we thought no but in reality was fine. However would pose problems perhaps to children and less mobile.

"Great place and good location"

Good location and a very spacious house, all amenities are in good condition.

We were unable to use the pool, solar heated pool was never working.
