Service from entrace is amazing. I really felt like home. Hotel's team in all leves very kind, Hotel is espectacular.

We spent two nights here and our stay was spoilt by road noise. This and a few other issues detracted from our overall enjoyment. The hotel is an interesting place that hides behind a plain facade. It is stylish and has a good look. The staff were friendly and helpful and the breakfast waiter was very good. We had a good sized room with a small roof terrace that was up unbelievably steep stairs! Initially the room had no cups (despite having a kettle and coffee maker). These appeared on day two as a replacement for bottled water. The bathroom was very small making it difficult to get into. There was nowhere to hang clothes other than in the bathroom (where they would get damp). The biggest issue for us was noise from the road. There were no windows in the window frames, only shutters.🤔. This “Style over function” meant cars parking, motorbikes racing up and down and general street chatter were really problematic. On occasions we could not hear the TV! This was a problem that went on late into the night. In the morning this was replaced by street sellers on motor bikes trying to sell things. 😱
