"Disappointed"

I especially booked this hotel so that we could use the pool and it was closed throughout our stay. I also requested a late checkout as were we’re flying to the UK and this was denied.

"Great place to stay with the extended family."

Very clean. Very comfortable. Lobbey space for the family to get together. Suites were very nice & good size. Breakfast was good - lots of food and something for everyone. Used the pool 3 times. Valet was quick and efficient.

No complaints!

The small kitchen in the rooms allows guests to store and prepare some food, which is convenient. There is also a delivery service from a nearby market for an additional fee. Paid laundry machines are convenient for long stays.

The malls and tourist attractions are not within walking distance. Getting around from the hotel is convenient only by car or bus. The breakfast becomes repetitive after a few days.

L'accueil , la propreté des lieux se vie , le petit déjeuner tres variés servis dans deux secteurs ( donc moins de monde au meme endroit ). La propreté des chambres , ainsi que les équipements des suites !

Le canapé lit qui n'est que ressort , très inconfortable . La piscine qui sert de bain pour certaines personnes , pas de douche avant , dans la piscine en tee shirt , un manque cruel de savoir vivre et de propreté . Pour compenser , une overdose de chlore . Il faut faire quelque chose , cest horrible !
