Sehr sauberes, gut durchdachtes Hostel mit ausreichend Privatsphäre. Freundliches Personal. Zentrale Lage nahe Trolly Station.

In der Umgebung gibt es allerdings viele Obdachlose, was man einplanen sollte, besonders nachts

Branden is a super star, this hotel seriously care about their guest, they will do anything to keep you out of trouble; they helped me my car not being towed, they helped me on finding free parking, they gave me complete city information. They even gave me guide on LA since Branden is from LA. If you want to be safe stay in this hotel

The front desk person was friendly. Very polite and even helped to carry my bag. The lady who was there in the morning was very kind and friendly. Overall, everything was clean and well maintained.

Nothing to complain. But I would prefer checking at noon and check in at 3 pm

Location is excellent, and the whole facility is newly renovated

Clean and staff were very polite and helpful. Kitchen area, although small, was well maintained. Pod itself was ideal for solo travel on a budget.

The not great conduct of other guests. If there’s policies such as no phone use in the sleeping areas, it needs to be enforced. Whilst I never felt uncomfortable about the area the hostel is in, if you’re not used to seeing a higher level of homelessness or vulnerable people who need help, this might be a bit of a reality check for you.
