The apartment was great – everything was clean and it was equipped with everything we needed. The host was friendly and helpful. I would definitely recommend this place.

Great location

No heat source. It was pretty cold every night so no heat source was quite uncomfortable

Excellent location. And Primitivo was great to deal with.

Excellent communication with the hosts, location is in one of the most beautiful streets in Sevilla, very walkable to all major tourist attractions so no need to waste money on public transport or uber.

Can get quite humid inside.

Host was very polite and attentive, had all the facilities we needed and was clean. Good location to walk everywhere

Location was excellent in the Macarena area, easy and flat to walk to all areas plus close to a bus stop if required. Plenty of small tapas bars in the area and a good selection of shops for daily needs. The amenities of the apartment are very good with cooking and laundry facilities. The small courtyard was a bonus and excellent for drying laundry. The small courtyard also had an issue which is mentioned below. Daniel who showed us in to the apartment is a mine of useful information and must be complimented on his knowledge and advice.

Sadly this is a big dislike which will prevent us from using this other wise good apartment again. Upon arrival guests have to sign to say they won't be having any parties, understandable in a block with only 2 residential apartments you would think. Unfortunately the upstairs neighbour doesn't have to abide by these regulations. He had a couple of loud parties with music, singing, footsteps and scraping of furniture going on until 4am on two of our 5 nights stay. Apart from the parties he also comes in (presumably from work) around 2am and creates a lot of noise while chaining his bike up to the metal railings in the stairs and slamming doors. The courtyard mentioned above also has windows opening on to it from the upstairs apartment so the loud talking, music and singing was heard from both the open windows in the courtyard and the open balcony just above the bedroom window in our apartment where people also go out to smoke and generally make a noise. We only had 1 nights reasonable sleep in our 5 nights at the apartment which ensures we won't use it again.

Very central location close to transport, shops and restaurants. Easy check-in & check-out. Very helpful staff.
