IXORA Hotel & Spa Snowdonia

The rooms were exceptionally clean and beds comfortable. Tea and coffee making were available, soap and hand cream were nice / toilets and shower very clean. Reception staff were particularly helpful.

Was a little disappointed re location as it was situated next to I think a water treatment plant put on the whole it was okay our room looked partially on to a wooded area but also a car park. Had dinner there on the evening after some discussion with the gentleman in the restaurant, I asked if I could, swap seabass for salmon said that wouldn’t be a problem. But when it came, it was the seabass not the salmon advise the waitress who said the seabass was very nice and seemed reluctant to change itso I’ve knocked points off for that and for its location but if you don’t mind either of these things I put it up to 9.

Large comfortable rooms , well maintained in all areas , easy access to lifts , well paved approach to hotel , plenty of parking and beautiful garden areas with lots of different seating , very well maintained

Would have liked more info on local places to visit .

- Hotel is modern and still feels fairly new - The room was a decent size and very clean - The location is brilliant, very picturesque and some interesting things to do / easy to get to Conway or Snowdonia. - Spa was great, again very new. - Food at the restaurant was pretty good.

- The staff at the bar and restaurant were pretty overwhelmed on the Saturday night. Service was then pretty slow for both food and drink. - Breakfast was also rammed on the Sunday morning.
