IXORA Hotel & Spa Snowdonia

Location is great for exploring and adventuring. The staff were helpful. Food was ok and reasonably priced.

I thought it was expensive. £234 for one night b&b for myself and 2 children.

Terrible customer service at the spa. Booked this hotel “& spa” stay to celebrate my mums 60th. Drove 6 hours to be told you had to book the spa and pay extra thinking it was included. Instead of rudely shutting us down, there was no consideration to think of a solution somehow. Straight away, the two young women were on the defence, smirking and sarcastically saying its fully booked. Secondly, the room I had, the bathroom kept flooding right to the edge… having to tiptoe around to use sink/toilet. Every time I had a shower, I had to go reception to have maintenance go to my room and sweep the water away. Not acceptable! They didn’t offer to change my room… It was a trip that I spent a lot of money on, no spa especially after climbing mount snowdon, we just wanted to relax… shame really!

Great location in the conwy valley with stunning views . Staff were very helpful and managed to check us in early for an event we were attending . The room was much bigger than we were expecting with great facilities!

Very disappointed with our stay. There was a very loud party with music late into the evening/night directly near our room, making it impossible to rest or sleep properly. After a long journey, we expected to finally relax, but unfortunately that was not possible. What is even more disappointing is that the hotel did not inform guests in advance about the event or potential noise disturbance. We also contacted reception regarding the issue and received no response at all. Additionally, the beds were extremely uncomfortable, and the bedding for our child was not prepared on arrival, which caused further inconvenience. Considering the price we paid, the overall experience was far below expectations.
