Instructions after picking up keys weren’t clear

Great location. Easy parking and check in instructions. Apartment was well equipped. Pool facilities were fantastic. The cold water and snacks on arrival were a nice touch and much appreciated. Very accommodating with parking times, baby cot and check out times. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Thank you

Rug in the living area could do with a deeper vacuum, my little one was picking up all kinds of different hairs and crumbs from laying on the rug. A small fan for the bedroom also would be great for this space but beggers can’t be choosers, over all it was great 😊

Clean comfy and good location.

Was advertised as per friendly plus parking. These are 'extras l' that must be paid for in addition to the booking cost. This is not clear at time of booking.

The location was close to everything, the people were amazing, apartment was clean and well equipped. Had great night's sleep here very quiet for the inner City. Pillows were great. The poil was great we made great ise of it. It was nice and warm. Would stay again for sure.
