Super easy to communicate with, helped us with airporttransport, scooter rental. Also on site, all the staff was super helpful. They have a massage on site that we used as well which was good. The included breakfast is very simple, but good.

We had some issues of moist in our room and got a sore throats, we addressed it to the staff and they helped us with a new room on the same day. However the new one was a bit moist as well but little bit better. As many have pointed out earlier the wifi in the room is more or less non-existing, however just outside on the porch it worked OK, but yet subpar
