The staff were quick to accommodate last min requests without any hassle. Our room with the queen bed was huge and the bathroom too was big and spacious with all good quality toiletries. The reception staff were very friendly and welcoming. The American Breakfast was really good with a lot of options, except for the rude staff Irwindar who was in charge of the breakfast counter that day.

I would have said everything was impeccable if not for the very rude staff in charge of the breakfast counter who made sure we felt uncomfortable and unwanted there. What a way to start your day by being treated rudely to use a service you paid for.
