Jeff was amazing. Prompt with service during 630am breakfast. Coffee was set 100%, creamer, sugars, etc. Im staying all week and was pleasantly surprised when this was setup and ready. The first 2 days of my stay, Coffee setup was not ready as I left for my commute between 630-645am.

Thank you to Zeff in the lobby kitchen/dining area for providing amazing service on a whim! He was so friendly and I highly recommend adding the complimentary breakfast on to your stay. It’s not your standard buffet, there’s a full blown menu! I’m very happy with my stay here and the hotel overall.

The location proximity to The Star, major roadways. Room size was great. Comfortable bed. Check-in was quick.

Lack of available free parking. Valet was slow. Hydration station on the 6th floor is not clean and has a vile smell. Room was not cleaned well on check-in. Drawers were definitely skipped by housekeeping as long hairs and debris were found inside. Housekeeping only performed a room clean 1/3 days. Bathroom sliding door would never stay put and would slide back.

"First impressions love it!"

1st time staying at a Canopy and I love it! Esthetics, location, some of the food items, the bar, the lovely hallway to the room, bedding soft, room very nice!

The beef sliders....the beef looked under cooked and the mini bun it came on was a little hard. That item may need a revamping or offer chicken or veggie sliders. Restaurant ran out of chicken wings...but hey I guess they must have been really good or the go to option.

"Great place but the parking pricing is awful."

It was nice, clean, and the staff was friendly and helpful.

It was very expensive, and the parking situation is pretty awful. You’re pretty much forced into valet parking where they constantly request tips after paying $32 per day, plus service charge, plus sales tax. The place was great but the parking situation is enough for me to not stay there again.
