I was very impressed by Brandy at the she is totally amazing. She helped me when I needed it . Brandy should be recognized for all her help . You need 20 Brandy's there she is sweet & understand. Thank You Dave Culp I was in room 303

"Home away from home"

Our room was clean and well appointed and the bathroom was spacious. The entire team at the Wooster Holiday Inn are friendly, hard working, gracious, and they made helpful recommendations for our out of state family that traveled in for our daughters wedding!

The hotel was great, but check in not so much. We got our room 45 minutes late. No time to get ready for our event due to it was same time as last shuttle. All they could say was sorry. Then get a call around midnight that there was a problem with our card. Ridiculous. Will think twice before booking afain

"Clean, comfortable and accommodating hotel - great stay."

They were so nice and accommodating. The room above me has a smoker and it’s a non smoking hotel. They apologized and changed my room immediately. The facility was clean and the breakfast was very tasty. It’s a really nice hotel. We stay there every time we go Wooster to visit my child.

The smoke smell in my room but they immediately remediated it and said that they have tried to fix that problem before.
