Relais del Brigante

Loved the whole space, particularly the bedroom with its unique textures and the patio, plus the taverna and its great food from the local region - so fantastic! Really helpful and kind hosts who put up with our terrible Italian speaking. We owe them a haggis.

There was a basic breakfast (although not as overrated as in some reviews). The underlying ancient farm house (or mill, whatever) is charming (just watch out for the - in places - low ceiling, plenty of opportunities to hit your head).

The (pellet-) heating makes a hell of a noise when running. Luckily that wouldn't be a problem in summer months.

Allesandro and Daniela are lovely helpful informative and friendly hosts. The accommodation is spectacular , a centuries old farm building transformed carefully into a modern well equipped accommodation, whilst still retaining its traditional character. Although not part of our reservation, when we asked about restaurants in the area - there are none - Allesandro and Daniella immediatrly undertook to prepare a really delicious meal for us, which we had sitting in their garden. It was produced from foodstuffs from their own garden and local suppliers, and washed down by local wine. Delicious, atmospheric and memorable.

Breakfast was very basic, but not a significant issue.

A truly wonderful place. It is a gorgeous and peaceful property, and the room I was staying at was beautifully designed. It is a great little village and in walking distance to some other great little villages. Also, I received an extremely warm welcome from the owners who made sure I was comfortable and had everything I needed.

Relais del brigante is a lovely house, with beautiful surroundings. The rooms are clean and comfortable. I recommend eating at the little taverna next to the B&B. We had an amazing meal and the host was so enthousiastic about the food. (And he is right to be :) We are sure we will return!

Absolutely nothing. It was perfect.

We had a great time. Owners were very friendly and full of explanations on places to visit, e what to eat. We had dinner at the property and it exceeds our expectations. Strongly reccomended

Perfectly sufficient - coffee with bread and Marmelade. nothing fancy but also not needed.

I could hear the people in the room next door get up at 530 am which was only briefly annoying.
