Clean, comfortable and recently renovated. Friendly and very helpful staff. Great position on the slopes

Very friendly family staff. Lovely rooms with large balcony and view of the slopes. Brilliant location next to the bubble mid station.

We were half-board and found the food a bit repetitive. We would have liked more variety and more salad/vegetables.

The hotel is in the most perfect spot for skiing, it couldn’t be any better. Ski in ski out, next to the gondola lifts, amazing views of the mountains. There is ski equipment storage, breakfast with beautiful views, comfortable clean rooms with a balcony. Perfect.

You have to be aware of the gondola timetable but this isn’t a problem, the family were very helpful with gondola passes and information. Tea/ coffee facilities in the room would have been a bonus but there is a fridge which is great.

Hotel situated on the slopes. good breakfast and evening food. good wine selection and really nice staff who try to accommodate our requests.

Fantastic stay all round at this family-run hotel; excellent location halfway up the mountain at Crest, ski-in/ski-out, warm, welcoming and helpful staff and great food (plenty of options, and plenty of food (local cuisine)!). The rooms looked like they had been recently refurbished, everything was exceptionally clean and well-maintained. We woke up to a view of the sun rising over the mountains and the ski slopes from our bedroom window each morning - unbeatable.

It would have been helpful to have received the gondola passes a day or so prior to arrival; but this wasn’t a problem and easily fixed by calling the hotel when we arrived at the cable car station in Champoluc.

The property was in a “good location” in the sense that it was half way up the mountain and easily accessible to ski in/out - if that’s what you’re after

The staff were unhelpful, only answering questions that we asked and not offering any information up willingly. we had no idea we had to catch a gondola up to the property, we didn’t even know the property was up the mountain as it is not advertised this way (if we had have known we wouldn’t have booked here.) There was no communication from the property prior to check in, we had to call them when we arrived to have ski passes sent to us so that we could even get up to the mountain. We were waiting down in the freezing cold for roughly 30 minutes waiting for them to answer our calls. The food offered by the restaurant was barely edible and you had to choose from a set menu each night. There was no al a carte menu offered. No wifi password provided until we asked and even then the wifi didn’t work. We were there for 4 nights and our linens/towels weren’t changed once. There was no batteries in our tv remote upon arrival and we had to ask for that to fixed. The biggest issue is that we were international travellers in a place we had never been before and we were given no help, no direction. We felt very isolated. For a property located inside of a ski resort, charging over $200 euro per night, we felt this was really below par and unacceptable. We didn’t feel comfortable or enjoy our time here at all.
