Rising Sun Top-Floor Flat

This property has a lot of potential but has not been maintained well. The best thing about the property is the location and the stunning view, it is also quite spacious.

You have to collect a key from a different location which makes check-in more difficult than it has to be. The property was not clean and had a smell coming from the plumbing. The shower is awful and again the plumbing needs upgrading in the bathroom. The flat itself needs doing up.

Mieszkanie potrzebuje odświeżenia. Bardzo niewygodne łóżko, bardzo mała ilość środków higienicznych w stosunku do tygodniowego pobytu.(porównuję to korzystając z innych noclegów) słabo działający internet, rozłączający sie. Problem z dostaniem się do mieszkania - drzwi w kiepskim stanie blokują sie.

The location was perfect! Couldn’t get any better, staff were lovely and made my stay comfortable. Amazing apartment definitely recommend

La persiana estaba rota, entraba mucha luz, hacia bastante calor, poco papel de wc, pocos utensilios de cocina, no habia plancha de ropa tal y como indicaba!

it is a nice flat. good location, but noisy. it is only you on the top floor.

They send you a message - if you arrive later than 19.00 also 20.00 you have to pay extra charges. I said to myself - If you work in nightshift, you deserve some extra… The girl who handed over the keys was not really friendly. Check in is at 14.00. I arrived to the accomodation at 17.30. The appartment was still used and abused. I called the ,, keyholders” from the cleaner’s phone - she didn’t even said sorry, just told me the have a lot of flats to clean. So, shall I feel myself bad? I won’t. Also they signed a form with me - once I leave the accomodation I have to empty the rubbish. What a welcome. Next day I went back to the housekeeping place requested for a kettle (the one I had was just disgusting), tumblers, and a heater ( the one I had, did not work) - also there are only 4 hangers with bad condition, toilet roll was not enough, not even a kitchen towel. The man at the reception was helpful, he delivered me what I requested for (otherwise I would give rate 1 for this place).
