I loved everything - the surroundings, the hotel, the staff, the food. No complaints at all.

The hotel was very very clean and the location is beyond amazing. A perfect place to escape and relax. The staff was very friendly and available to answer any questions we had

Well made food, pleasant staff and great location. We haven't tried the spa facilities. It is well suited for relaxing near the forest, mountains and lakes. Food was nothing extraordinary, but it was tasty and well made.

Our room was above the restaurant which was just a bit noisy, but actually that was not even a problem. There were really no problems. Recommended.

Everything was perfect. Spacious rooms. Very clean. Nice mountains view. Staff were very nice. Short walk to a few small lakes

The kitchen could have been better equipped with towels and cleaning cloth. A floor towel in the bathroom could also be nice.

We are very satisfied with the overall experience. The staff was at an excellent level, also the food was extremely tasty. The location is top notch. Definitely will be there for a second time.

We have one tiny recommendation, to pay attention to the windows in the rooms, because it was winding through the window.
