Quite place with wonderful owners which is always ready to help you,there is owners dogs which is really nasty and make us laugh and the meditation we were invited left best memories🙏 delicious breakfast and there's a grocery just 1min to walk, where you can buy vegetables and fruits for local prices

Arjun is truly a beautiful soul. He is in his element as a host, sharing his teachings of presence and eastern philosophy. He made me feel at home from the first moment I arrived, and was very helpful and generous through my stay.

The place is amazing, really relaxing atmosphere and friendly and kind staff. Wayang and his wife were very friendly all the time with us and worried that we were well. Always attentive. The daily meditation was incredible. Wayang was always smiling and it was a pleasure talk with him. He can speak english and spanish! We are really grateful to meet him!

I loved my stay here. I was trying to find peace and spirituality and this is what I found. Beautiful place, comfortable and lovely guests with whom I learned and got inspired. I was worried about not having Ac (air conditioning), but actually, there was a super strong fan that was even better and at some point not necessary because the temperature was perfect. What a gem to find something like this in Ubud where sometimes it feels spirituality is becoming more commercial and instagrammable. Thank you so much to Wayan and the family!

Bucu is a hidden gem!! I am so grateful I found Wayan and Emma's beautiful guest house tucked away off the street in Bresela. Wayan was a very caring and kind host and offered great meditations in his garden meditation space. The sound of the frogs and night birds were lovely. The garden at Bucu is charming with beautiful simple teachings, creatively painted and spread around his guest house as reminders of a compassionate way of being. Wayan also shared about the amazing walk that is very close to the guest house, that takes one through spacious rice fields and I felt safe and at ease walking alone through the fields. Wayan also very generously invited me and his other guests to witness his village's cremation ceremony and preparatory processions. What a gift. I felt welcomed and blessed to share in this special occasion that only happens every 5 years. Emma makes a great breakfast, somethung different each day, served with a lovely smile, and is happy for guests to use her kitchen to cook their other meals. I was grateful for that, and the kitchen had everything I needed. Bucu is kept clean and the energy is tranquil and friendly. The value for money of this stay is also worth mentioning. Wayan and Emma's place is very affordable for the beautiful sanctuary they offer. I extended my stay at Bucu for as long as I could. I will hold this time at Bucu, with Wayan and his family, in my heart always. Truly grateful. Terimakasih!

cozy rooms, clean bathrooms with hot water shower, very good breakfast in the morning but what is absolutely amazing is the beautiful garden in front of the rooms, neatly and carefully cultivated by our caring hosts - Wayan and his wife Emma I have never met such nice hosts in my whole life…
