Good space

The room was dirty, hair in the tub and everywhere, dirty feet stains on the tub floor, dirty shower head, dirty towels

The room was filthy and infested with ants!!!! They were crawling around the coffee maker. They never cleaned the bathroom.

There were kids running up and down the hallway and stairs. I tried calling the front desk, but no one was there.

We had a great location in a safe and quiet area. The staff were very helpful and professional.

Our room was clean and spacious. The parking was convenient and had many parking availability. There was enough dining within walkable distance Will definitely come back again.

Liked the historic feel.

First time at a Springhill Suites and will definitely choose one again. Large rooms with good amenities like nice towels, plenty of pillows, a separate desk and a countertop above fridge. Staff at Tallahassee were welcoming, responsive and helpful. Our first night the TV wasn't working well and when we went to the front desk they gave us a new remote- problem solved. Also had a malfunctioning fridge and told the front desk in the morning and when we returned in the afternoon a new fridge was in its place. So often you feel like if you report an issue at a property nothing happens but they were definitely on top of things! Breakfast offerings were also above average- real eggs, turkey sausage, oatmeal, quiche and waffles(on the weekend) and appreciated!
