Das Personal war äußerst freundlich und sehr aufmerksam - beim Frühstück wurde alles sehr schnell wieder aufgefüllt. Das Frühstück war sehr reichhaltig, das Zimmer sehr geräumig und sauber.

Die Nachtabsenkung der Heizung bis 7 Uhr ist etwas lang - ich würde gerne in einem schon warmen Zimmer aufstehen.

Das Frühstück war gut und ausreichend. War einmal etwas leer, wurde immer schnell aufgefüllt. Das Hotel liegt sehr zentral in der Altstadt. Die Betten waren bequem. Essen im urigen Lokal "Zum Birnbaum" (ca 5 Gehminuten vom Hotel) seeehr empfehlenswert.

Das Zimmer hat gemüffelt und der Teppich war eklig. Wir hatten wahrscheinlich ein "Hundezimmer". Doch wenn man den gleichen Preis bezahlt, wie jeder andere, plus noch extra für den Hund, sollte man auch ein ansprechenderes Zimmer bekommen. Ein 4 Sternehotel sollte auf dem Zimmer auch ein Kühlschrank haben und keine Spinnweben in den Ecken. Wir würden hier nicht mehr buchen.
