"Little Falls, MN"

The front desk personnel Lisa, Vicki and Taran were very helpful! I'm sure Maddy, Isabella and David do a nice job. The breakfast crew put out good food and it's always clean they are Paulette, Jackie, Shelley, Heidi and Sandy. Housekeeping are also important and do a nice job they are Sherrie, Natascha, Jasmyn, Desiree, Jessica, Mckayla, Esther, Paige, and Misty, Without maintenance building would fall apart so Jason and Gene do a nice job. Gary keep hiring good people!

The room was very nice, we had the jacuzzi room, the bed was terrible you sank into the middle of the bed my back hurt so bad the next day. The hot tub in the pool area was out of service, swimming pool was cold and very small. Breakfast was good not much of a variety though.

The hot tub was not working. The most impressive thing was the cafeteria/breakfast room. Very well stocked, large and clean.

TV never worked, despite valiant efforts by the staff. Walls thin, could hear details of neighboring room phone calls (kept notes too) . . . amazing how people still think they sound intelligent and cool using expletives every other word. Anyway - any port in a storm...
